Religious Services Organization (RSO) ensures that a professionally trained and ready Chaplaincy provides religious, spiritual, moral and ethical advice and services to the Combined Arms Center, Garrison, tenant organizations, and members of the military community. We provide and ensure the free exercise of religion for soldiers, their families, Department of Defense civilians, and other authorized personnel in a seamless Chaplaincy system.
